week 42 - 2025

At Baia Vista Residence is working hard to realise the first homes. Construction activities are in full swing and the site is now taking shape.

On one of the building blocks, meanwhile, the foundation poured, accounting for over 100 cubic metres of concrete. This step marks the official start of the above-ground construction phase and also gives the project increasing physical visibility on site.

On another building block, the soil excavated and improved in preparation for the next phase. Once this work is completed, the foundation can be poured there too.

In the coming weeks, the pace will continue to pick up. Several crews are active on the site, and step by step the first part of the new residential area on Hofi Sint Joris is rising.
