Main contractor for Baia Vista selected

We are proud to announce that, after a careful selection process, the main contractor for the first phase of Baia Vista has been selected. The choice fell on Nick van Hout, an experienced professional with an impressive track record on the island.

Nick van Hout (Helmond, 1966) has been living and working professionally as a contractor in Curaçao since 2006. With his company Trivaro, he holds office at Santa Rosaweg 17 in Willemstad.

Van Hout has gained broad experience within project development in Curaçao over the past 20 years. His portfolio ranges from residential properties to luxury villas, hotels and complete resort developments on, among others Blue Bay Resort, Jan Thiel and recently Hòfi Saint George. That versatility and in-depth knowledge of the local construction process make him the ideal partner for the realisation of the first phase of our project.

We invited and assessed several contractors on reliability, construction quality, experience in similar projects and local expertise, among other things. Van Hout stood out for its transparent approach, attention to detail and solid project supervision.

With this cooperation, we are taking an important step towards the realisation of sustainable, high-quality owner-occupied houses in our project. We look forward to a successful implementation and will be happy to keep you informed of progress.
